Reactorvat<\/h3>\n

Voor deze opstelling is gekozen voor een type 1B glazen reactor. Dit vat is dubbelwandig en uitgevoerd met een bodemkraan en is geschikt voor drukken tot 6 bar.<\/p>\n

Lift en snelsluiting<\/h3>\n

De polyclave is uitgevoerd met een lift en \u201cfast-action-closure\u201d. Ideaal voor het eenvoudig en veilig openen van het vat; een veiligheidsmechanisme voorkomt dat het vat geopend kan worden onder hogedruk.<\/p>\n

Distillatieopzet<\/h3>\n

De distillatieopzet is een standaardoplossing van B\u00fcchi en voorzien van B\u00fcchiflex koppelingen. Hierdoor is de glazen constructie flexibel en kan er eenvoudig een onderdeel uitgewisseld of bijgeplaatst worden.<\/p>\n

Breekplaat<\/h3>\n

Een grafieten breekplaat in het glazen systeem zorgt ervoor dat de druk wegvalt bij verhoogde druk in het atmosferisch systeem; een extra veiligheid wanneer de druk te hoog wordt voor het glas.<\/p>\n

Kogelkraan<\/h3>\n

Tussen het glazen distillatiesysteem en de hogedruk reactor is een kogelkraan geplaatst. Door het handmatig schakelen kan het atmosferische distillatiesysteem afgeblokt worden wanneer er verhoogde druk heerst in de drukreactor. Hierdoor kan er met deze autoclave zowel onder atmosferische condities als onder hogedruk gewerkt worden.<\/p>\n

Magneetgekoppelde roermotor<\/h3>\n

Voor het roeren is een inline aandrijving voorzien met een magneetkoppeling van 800 Nm met kogellagers (om hogere rpm te kunnen bereiken).<\/p>\n
