{"id":2574,"date":"2020-03-09T16:10:52","date_gmt":"2020-03-09T16:10:52","guid":{"rendered":"\/cases\/pump-system-for-polymerization-process\/"},"modified":"2025-06-13T06:24:37","modified_gmt":"2025-06-13T06:24:37","slug":"pump-system-for-polymerization-process","status":"publish","type":"cases","link":"https:\/\/www.suurmond.com\/nl\/cases\/pump-system-for-polymerization-process\/","title":{"rendered":"Pompsysteem voor een polymerisatieproces"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h1>Extra uitdagingen hierbij<\/h1>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>De viscositeit loopt tijdens de reactie continue op van 25 tot 18.000 mPas<\/li>\r\n<li>Na batch moeten de installatie \u00e9n pomp gespoeld worden met spoelmiddel (1 mPas)<\/li>\r\n<li>Het oplosmiddel wordt met dezelfde pomp rondgepompt<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Onze oplossing<\/strong><\/h1>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Er werd gekozen voor een roestvrijstalen MAAG tandwielpomp met verwarmingsmantel en dubbele glijringdichting. De aandrijving werd zodanig gekozen dat tijdens het polymerisatieproces de pomp lage toerentallen kan draaien maar tijdens spoelen een veel hoger toerental kan draaien.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Hierbij werd rekening gehouden met de\u00a0benodigde\u00a0koppels bij iedere stap in het proces alsook bij het spoelen. De aandrijving levert echter \u00f3\u00f3k genoeg koppel voor een eventuele koude opstart met hoog viskeus polymeer (55.000 mPas).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>De dubbele glijringdichting werd aangesloten op een thermosyphon seal systeem, dat uitgerust is met koelspiraal en niveaumeting. Het volume van het drukvat voor het sealsysteem is zodanig gekozen dat de pomp bij normaal bedrijf en goed werkende dichting minimaal 6 maanden kan draaien zonder dat het sealsysteem nagevuld moet worden. Het sealsysteem is echter uitgerust met een handvulpomp en kan daardoor zonder het stopzetten van de installatie nagevuld worden. \u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>De keuze van de koppeling werd vooraf door de klant bepaald. Hierdoor was een compacte en uitlijningsvrije bouwwijze met sokkel niet mogelijk en moest de pomp met de aandrijving samengebouwd worden op een grondplaat. Het sealsysteem is daarom ook op de grondplaat bevestigd.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bijzonderheden<\/strong><\/h1>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>De pomp is met stelschroeven bevestigd op de grondplaat voor optimale positionering<\/li>\r\n<li>Steunvoet ter ondersteuning van de motor<\/li>\r\n<li>Ge\u00efntegreerde lekbak\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>Ge\u00efntegreerde hijsogen voor eenvoudige plaatsing<\/li>\r\n<li>Grout holes zijn voorzien om de onderzijde te vullen met beton voor extra stabiliteit<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\"
