Suurmond was brought in to design a complete, tailor-made process solution. Our engineers developed an integrated system where the reactor vessel and feeder are mounted together on a single robust frame. The feeder—supplied by the customer—was precisely installed on linear guides, allowing for smooth axial movement. This design makes it easy to position the feeder above the vessel, significantly reducing physical strain during operation.
The system is also equipped with intelligent process automation, including:
- Electric tracing and temperature control
- Agitator with frequency inverter for optimal mixing control
- Safety circuits with emergency stop for enhanced operational safety
- Integrated control cabinet, custom-designed to meet the customer’s specifications
Thanks to this integrated design, the system is not only more compact and safer, but also easier to operate and maintain. All components are logically arranged and fully accessible for inspection and servicing.
